CANADA BEING TURNED INTO 3RD WORLD NATION AS CANADIANS DOZE...

Dec. 26, 2025:  Millions of Canadians can barely afford to eat.  They have to go to food banks to feed themselves and their families.  The cost of housing, just to have a roof over your head, has gone crazy and is out of control.  High rent and mortgage payments are causing poverty for millions, while giving a lot of un-earned wealth to others.  Millions of us can't get a doctor; and if we have to go to an Emergency Room, we will wait for six to twelve hours - often in great pain - to see someone.  (While corporations suck billions in profits from the same health care system.)  The homeless and mentally ill roam Canadian streets.  

Our governments don't give a damn about the citizens - but the politicians seem to be doing very well.  For example, the mayor or Richmond, a suburb of Vancouver, made $362,000 a couple of years ago.  And that's just a mayor.  Our political parties, including the NDP, are controlled by big money and are very undemocratic.  The big media are all owned by Big Business.  We've lost our democracy.  We don't have a free press.  And the rich are getting much richer while the poor keep getting poorer.  

So it seems that we are well on the way to Third World Nation status.  

And this is not ... 'just happening'.  IT IS THE PLAN FOR CANADA.  This is being done to us by our .01% ruling class of greedy and selfish corporate lunatics who own all the big media in Canada and also own all our top politicians and all our governments.  And an even bigger problem is that We Don't Get It.  We Canadians seem to think that this is .. Just happening.  It's 'just the way it is'.  NO. This is the corporate plan.  They are stealing everyone else's money and putting it into their pockets.  And they can do that because they own the media and control our governments.  While we think we live in a great democracy and have a wonderful free press that works for us.  We actually think that the media, which are owned by the corporations, work for us.  We think that all the corporate journalists work for us, even though they work for and are paid by the corporations.  I certainly thought the journalists worked for us for most of my life, because that's what they always told us.  But it's all a lie.  I guarantee you that the corporate journalists don't work for us, and neither do the politicians.  They all work for, and are paid by, Big Business.  We, the people, are totally irrelevant.  They don't care about us for one second. 

To me, that's pretty much what a third world country is like, and that's what Canada is becoming.  Or has already become.    

So the question is:  How Do We Get Our Country Back and turn it into a sort of 'middle class nation' where the rich aren't so rich and the poor aren't so poor and we at least have SOME democracy, so that we the people have a voice in our governments. 

Well the only way I can think of is this ... we have to first, stop trusting and believing the corporate owned media. And that includes CBC, CTV, Global, all the corporate owned radio stations (which are in many ways the most evil part of the corporate media) ... and it also includes the Globe and Mail and all the other daily papers and most of the 'community newspapers' as well.  Many of us say we don't trust them or believe them, but when they tell us stories, we DO believe them.  The media were complicit in starting and creating the whole housing crisis and the high rents and mortgages that millions of Canadians are paying.  

But the media never ask .... Where Is All The Money Going?  Because they know where the money is going but they don't want people thinking about that.  The same is true of the official Russia Ukraine war story  ...  there is another story where Russia is NOT totally to blame for that war, but the United States is to blame, but that story is censored.  And there are thousands of experts telling 'the other Ukraine story' but they are all censored, and we accept that and we believe what the media and the politicians tell us.     And one result is that Canada will now spend Tens Of Billions Of Dollars More every year on the military to defend ourselves against the evil Russian enemy.  Millions of Canadians can barely afford to eat, but we are going to spend hundreds of billions of extra dollars on War??  Who benefits from that?  

So what we need is a media that is independent of coropate control.  And similarly with our politicians and governments.  Our major political parties have been taken over by Big Business.  The people we elect to our governments don't work for us, and they can't work for us even if they want to because the corrupt Party Leadership Gangs control their careers.  

The Politicians lie to us every day with the story they tell us about how 'they work for us' and 'they care about us'.  It's all a lie. So we have got to rebuild our democracy, to the point where We The PEOPLE have a voice in our governance, because right now we don't. Canada is a corporate dictatorship, not a democracy, and if we can't change that we are finished.  We are being turned into a 3rd world nation, and if our rulers succeed in doing that then it is not going to be pretty for many millions of us because our rulers clearly intend to throw us under the bus. It's already happening to millions of Canadians, and it is NOT by accident.  It IS the plan. 

So we have to build some democracy in Canada, and we need a free press in Canada.  Those are the solutions.
